So many times we forget to thank those who show up every Thursday or work behind the scenes throughout the week, be it on case work, writing thank you letters, financial work, unloading trucks in frigid or sweltering temperatures, packing food boxes, ordering food and supplies, working on the endless paperwork and computer details ~ the list goes on and on.
